Return & Refund Policy

At Beauty by Earth, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of the original purchase.

To initiate a return, please log in to your Beauty by Earth account, select the order you wish to return, and submit a return request through our Returns Portal. If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.

Once we receive your returned product, your approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received. There is no restocking fee.

Original shipping charges, package protection, gift cards, promotional gifts, freebies, and final-sale items are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
